You are going to love this quiet, relaxing space. In order to preserve the value for all guests, everyone who visits here must agree to the following:
No smoking anywhere on the property
Limit of one pet, with a pet fee. No pets that are not registered with the booking
Park only on the right side on the driveway in front of the unit
No open flames please (candles, etc)
The smart TV is ready for your logins to any streaming services. Please remember to log out before you leave
Trash can be placed in the green trash can to the right side of the cottage
Only 2 guests are allowed per booking and no overnight visitors who aren't on the registration.
No parties, loud noises or obnoxious behavior
Please do not disturb the locked filing cabinet in the closet, it contains items for the cleaner

Very thankful to Stephen for him accommodating us to stay at his unit. We were in a pinch at the very last minute and Stephen was able to fit us in. His place is just like the photos, a great place in a great area!

Highly recommend Stephen's place for anyone visiting the area. It was the perfect size, very clean, very accessible, and Stephen was a great host. It even has a little backyard!
Find us
Off street parking in front of the unit. There are not sidewalks on the street but traffic is low and people are often seen walking. There are paved bike paths just around the corner that connect throughout Fayetteville and sidewalks nearby lead to the campus and stadium
